Lisa's Information Station - June 2004
Hello to all again. I hope everyone is doing well.
We celebrated a birthday back in February! Emily turned 5 on February 27. She had a big birthday party with family and friends. It's hard to believe she is five years old! She still continues to sing wherever we go. She loves to sing!! We also celebrated Karen and Darrell's 18th wedding anniversary in April.
We were in the studio recording in March and April. We are so excited about our new project with Morning Star! Karen wrote two of the songs that we are performing! She has such a talent for writing! We hope and pray that the songs that are on this new album touch people in a special way!
Our new single will be "He's Still There". Please call your radio stations and request it! The meaning of this song is so real. No matter what we are going thru, He is still there to help us thru it!
We have been very busy. We have been to some new churches and met some wonderful people. We have been traveling some with the radio tours that the Eddie Crook Company promotes and we have had a wonderful time. We have met so many fantastic groups
We had a very special celebration on May 21, 2004. Joey, Karen and Darrell's son, graduated from high school! He is such a joy to watch. He is just a handsome young man, even if he is my nephew!
Jacob and Christian, our 8 year olds, have been playing baseball. Their season ended the last of May. They love baseball!!
We will be going on vacation in June. We are taking some time off for the family and going to the beach. We will be going to Gulf Shores, AL and letting the kids have fun riding the waves! Please pray for us that we have a safe trip.
