Lisa's Information Station - Oct 2005
Hello everyone! October is here and with it comes the pretty colors of Fall. I love to watch the leaves turn their deep red and orange hues. I love Fall. It?s not too hot and not too cold.
We went to the National Quartet Convention that was held in Louisville, KY the week of 9/12/05 thru 9/17/05. What a time we had! We met so many nice people! We got to visit with people we haven?t seen since last year?s convention! What a blessing it is to come together with God?s people and enjoy gospel music! We sang on a couple of the showcases that were held at our hotel. Boy, did the Lord come down in a mighty way! The Lord is so good! We were privileged to sing on the Eddie Crook Showcase with other Eddie Crook artists! We enjoyed some awesome singing there too! The Lord poured His sweet spirit on us that day too! We can?t thank the Lord enough for what HE is doing in our ministry! We love HIM SO MUCH!
Tony celebrated a birthday on September 29th. Our family celebrated by going to our favorite restaurant and then he had balloons and a Cookie Cake! MMMM sure was good!
Thanks to all the people that have been visiting our website! And signing our guestbook! I love to look on there and see new entries! I try to always put a note on the entry so check back.
I hope you have been listening to your radio stations and hearing our latest single, ?Coming After Me?. It is playing and we have had some tremendous feed back from this song. This song is so true. When we sing this song I can just imagine Jesus opening the clouds and making His grand entrance to come and get us. Take us to our home that we have anticipated for so long!!!! I hope you all have a very Happy Thanksgiving next month. We should always thank our Lord for His goodness and His mercies but Thanksgiving is just a reminder for everyone to remember how blessed we are!
